تحلیل شبکهای علائم فرسودگی زناشویی بر اساس عوامل شناختی–هیجانی کلیدی

هدف این پژوهش، شناسایی ساختار تعاملی علائم فرسودگی زناشویی و تعیین گرههای مرکزی شناختی–هیجانی مؤثر بر پایداری این پدیده در میان زوجین شهر تهران بود. این مطالعه با طرح توصیفی–تحلیلی و رویکرد کمی بر روی ۳۶۰ زوج تهرانی انجام شد که با روش نمونهگیری خوشهای چندمرحلهای انتخاب شدند. دادهها با استفاده از پرسشنامههای استاندارد فرسودگی زناشویی، تنظیم هیجان، نشخوار ذهنی، باورهای ارتباطی، همدلی عاطفی و رضایت زناشویی گردآوری گردید. تحلیل دادهها با بهرهگیری از رویکرد تحلیل شبکهای و مدل گراف گوسی منظمشده انجام شد و شاخصهای مرکزی گرهها، وزن یالها و پایداری شبکه محاسبه گردید. نتایج تحلیل شبکهای نشان داد که نشخوار ذهنی و باورهای ارتباطی ناکارآمد بیشترین شاخص مرکزی را در شبکه علائم فرسودگی زناشویی دارا هستند و بهعنوان گرههای هستهای شبکه عمل میکنند. تنظیم هیجان و رضایت زناشویی روابط منفی معناداری با فرسودگی هیجانی و روانی نشان دادند و نقش محافظتی ایفا نمودند. شاخصهای پایداری شبکه در سطح مطلوب قرار داشت و ساختار شبکه از دقت و اعتبار آماری مناسب برخوردار بود. یافتهها نشان میدهد فرسودگی زناشویی پدیدهای سامانهای و پویا است که عمدتاً توسط فرایندهای شناختی–هیجانی هدایت میشود و مداخلات درمانی باید بر اصلاح هستههای شناختی شبکه و ارتقای تنظیم هیجان تمرکز یابند.
