تحلیل پویای تغییرات رابطه زناشویی در طول درمان زوجی

هدف پژوهش حاضر تحلیل پویای مسیر تحول رابطه زناشویی زوجین در طول فرایند درمان زوجی بود. این پژوهش با طرح طولی ترکیبی (کمی ـ کیفی) بر روی ۲۸ زوج مراجعهکننده به مراکز تخصصی مشاوره خانواده در شهر تهران انجام شد. دادهها در چهار مقطع زمانی (پیشآزمون، جلسه ششم، جلسه دوازدهم و پیگیری یکماهه) با استفاده از پرسشنامههای سازگاری زناشویی، صمیمیت هیجانی، تنظیم هیجان و الگوهای تعارض گردآوری شد. همزمان مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته عمیق و مشاهدات بالینی جلسات درمانی انجام گرفت. دادههای کمی با مدلهای رشد طولی و تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر و دادههای کیفی با تحلیل مضمون فرایندی تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد اثر زمان بر سازگاری زناشویی، صمیمیت هیجانی و تنظیم هیجان مثبت و معنادار و بر الگوهای تعارض منفی و معنادار است (p<0.001). اندازه اثرهای بالا بیانگر قدرت زیاد مداخله در ایجاد تغییرات پایدار بود. مدل رشد طولی نشان داد مسیر تغییرات بهصورت تدریجی و منظم در طول درمان شکل گرفته است. درمان زوجی با ایجاد تغییرات تدریجی و خودتقویتشونده در ساختار هیجانی، شناختی و تعاملی رابطه، زمینهساز بازسازی پایدار کیفیت رابطه زناشویی میشود و تحلیل پویای این فرایند میتواند به بهینهسازی مداخلات بالینی کمک نماید.
