مدل فرایندمحور ترمیم رابطه: نقش آگاهی فراهیجانی در کاهش چرخههای تعارض زوجین

هدف این پژوهش تدوین و آزمون یک مدل فرایندمحور برای تبیین نقش آگاهی فراهیجانی در کاهش چرخههای تعارض زوجین و تقویت فرایند ترمیم رابطه بود. پژوهش حاضر با رویکرد کمی و طرح همبستگی–مدلیابی انجام شد و جامعه آماری شامل زوجهای متأهل ساکن شهر تهران بود که با روش نمونهگیری خوشهای چندمرحلهای انتخاب شدند. دادهها با استفاده از پرسشنامههای استاندارد آگاهی فراهیجانی، چرخههای تعارض زناشویی و ترمیم رابطه گردآوری شد. تحلیل دادهها با بهرهگیری از همبستگی پیرسون، تحلیل مسیر و مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری انجام گرفت و نقش میانجی چرخههای تعارض با روش بوتاسترپ آزمون شد. نتایج نشان داد آگاهی فراهیجانی به طور مستقیم و معنادار موجب کاهش چرخههای تعارض (β = -0.53, p < 0.001) و افزایش ترمیم رابطه (β = 0.41, p < 0.001) میشود. همچنین چرخههای تعارض اثر منفی معناداری بر ترمیم رابطه داشتند (β = -0.47, p < 0.001). اثر غیرمستقیم آگاهی فراهیجانی بر ترمیم رابطه از طریق چرخههای تعارض نیز معنادار بود (β = 0.25, 95% CI = 0.14–0.37). یافتهها نشان میدهد آگاهی فراهیجانی سازهای محوری در تنظیم پویایی تعارض و تسهیل ترمیم پایدار رابطه زوجین است و تقویت آن میتواند به عنوان هسته اصلی مداخلات زوجدرمانی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
