پویاییهای قدرت در روابط زناشویی: عناصر تعادل قدرت و پیامدهای روانشناختی آن

هدف این پژوهش تبیین نقش عناصر تعادل قدرت در پیشبینی پیامدهای روانشناختی زوجین شهر تهران بود. این مطالعه با رویکرد کمی و طرح توصیفی–همبستگی بر روی 320 زوج متأهل ساکن تهران انجام شد که به روش خوشهای چندمرحلهای انتخاب شدند. دادهها با استفاده از پرسشنامه تعادل قدرت زناشویی، مقیاس رضایت زناشویی، پرسشنامه سلامت روان، مقیاسهای اضطراب و افسردگی و پرسشنامه تعارض زناشویی گردآوری گردید. برای تحلیل دادهها از آمار توصیفی، همبستگی پیرسون، رگرسیون چندگانه و مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرمافزارهای SPSS و AMOS استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که تمامی مؤلفههای تعادل قدرت رابطه مثبت و معناداری با رضایت زناشویی و سلامت روان و رابطه منفی و معناداری با اضطراب، افسردگی و تعارض زناشویی دارند (p<0.01). مدل رگرسیون نشان داد عناصر تعادل قدرت 57 درصد از واریانس رضایت زناشویی را تبیین میکنند و قدرت ارتباطی و نفوذ هیجانی قویترین پیشبینیکنندهها بودند. شاخصهای برازش مدل ساختاری در سطح مطلوب قرار داشتند (CFI=0.94، RMSEA=0.046). تعادل قدرت سازهای بنیادین در پایداری روابط زناشویی است که نقش تعیینکنندهای در ارتقای سلامت روان و کاهش تعارضات زوجین ایفا میکند و میتواند به عنوان محور اصلی مداخلات زوجدرمانی و سیاستهای حمایتی خانواده مورد توجه قرار گیرد.
