مطالعه کیفی تجربه زوجها از بازسازی رابطه پس از ناباروری طولانیمدت

هدف پژوهش حاضر واکاوی تجربه زوجها از فرایند بازسازی رابطه زناشویی پس از مواجهه با ناباروری طولانیمدت بود. این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و به شیوه تحلیل مضمون انجام شد. مشارکتکنندگان شامل ۱۸ زوج ساکن تهران بودند که دستکم پنج سال تجربه ناباروری و سابقه پیگیری درمانهای ناباروری داشتند. نمونهگیری بهصورت هدفمند و با رعایت بیشینه تنوع از نظر سن، مدت ازدواج، علت ناباروری، سابقه درمان و وضعیت اقتصادیـاجتماعی انجام شد و تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. دادهها از طریق مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته عمیق با هر زوج گردآوری شد. مدت مصاحبهها بین ۵۰ تا ۹۰ دقیقه بود و همه مصاحبهها پس از اخذ رضایت آگاهانه ضبط، پیادهسازی و کدگذاری شدند. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار NVivo و بر اساس مراحل آشنایی با دادهها، کدگذاری اولیه، استخراج مضامین، بازبینی مضامین، نامگذاری مضامین و تدوین گزارش نهایی انجام شد. تحلیل دادهها به استخراج پنج مقوله اصلی انجامید: «بازتعریف ناباروری از شکست فردی به مسئله مشترک زوجی»، «بازگشایی گفتوگوی عاطفی و سوگواری مشترک»، «بازسازی صمیمیت فراتر از رابطه درمانمحور»، «مرزبندی با فشار خانواده و انگ اجتماعی» و «معناپردازی تازه از آینده، والدگری و تداوم زندگی مشترک». مشارکتکنندگان نشان دادند که بازسازی رابطه زمانی آغاز شد که زوجها ناباروری را نه بهعنوان تقصیر یکی از طرفین، بلکه بهعنوان تجربهای مشترک در زندگی زناشویی بازتفسیر کردند. حمایت عاطفی، بخشایش، بازتعریف رابطه جنسی، مدیریت مداخلات خانوادگی و شکلگیری امید واقعبینانه از مؤلفههای محوری این فرایند بودند. ناباروری طولانیمدت میتواند رابطه زوجی را فرسوده کند، اما در شرایطی که زوجها به گفتوگوی صادقانه، حمایت متقابل، مرزبندی اجتماعی و بازتعریف معنای زندگی مشترک دست یابند، همین بحران میتواند به نقطهای برای بازسازی پیوند عاطفی، صمیمیت و هویت زوجی تبدیل شود.
